Whenever you or anyone in your network makes an eCosway sale or purchase from any of our stores, it generates “eVolume” (eV). eV is the sales volume value assigned to each product.

Every month, eCosway calculates the eV generated by your network and pays you four types of profits:

Retail Profit

Branch Overrides

Branch Performance Incentive

Extra Incentive

Note: For the calculation of monthly profits, 1 eV = 1 eDollar =RM3.50(SGD/BND1.50)

Your profits will be paid to you on a monthly basis.

Retail Profit:

When you sell the products to your customers at the suggested retail price, you will earn the difference between the retail price and your discounted price. On top of that, up to 23% retail profit will be paid on the monthly eVolume (eV) generated by your Personal Sales (comprised of your own purchases plus the purchases of your VIP Shoppers). Even though retail profit is only paid on your Personal Sales, the percentage you get is based on the volume of your entire network, so the bigger your network, the more profit you get from your personal purchases and retail sales.

Branch Overrides:

You will earn an overriding percentage on the eV generated by each of your BO branches, based on the difference between your eligibility percentage and theirs.

The Retail Profit & Branch Overrides chart (beside) is used to determine this eligibility.

Branch Performance Incentive (BPI):

You will receive a fixed amount based on the volume of each of your BO branches (including your Personal Sales) that exceeds 500 eV each month (except your highest eV Branch which serves as the qualifying branch for this incentive). Please refer to the chart for the amount you receive per branch.

Extra Incentive (EI):

You will receive an Extra Incentive based on the volume of each of your BO branches (including your Personal Sales) that exceeds 500 eV each month (except your highest eV Branch which serves as the qualifying branch for this incentive). Please refer to the chart for the amount you receive per branch.

Note: If you have branches with less than 500 eV, you can still earn the Extra Incentive by combining the volume to meet a qualifying eV level (as shown on the left side of the table). However, the eV of combined branches cannot exceed (and will be capped at) the eV level of your Qualifying branch.

How To Qualify For The Extra Incentive :

The amount of Extra Incentive (EI) you can earn depends on the Personal Sales Volume that you generate within 30 days of your joining date. Once the qualification is determined, it stands for the duration of your Business Ownership

Personal Sales in the first 30 days	You are paid up to:
100 eV	1 Extra Incentive
250 eV	3 Extra Incentive
500 eV	Unlimited Extra Incentive

This special EI qualification eV can only be fulfilled from the purchase of our special eV product sets. eV from the purchases of any other products will not be included.

Special eV Product Sets

There are various special eV product sets available for Business Owners. As an incentive for you to try or sell our products, we offer you these specially packaged products at much higher discounts. You can choose to purchase one or more product sets up to a maximum of 500 eV per Business Owner.

These special product sets can only be purchased within the first 30 days of your joining date at the store you register.

Here's an example of how the Extra Incentive (EI) works:

------------------- How eCosway Profit Plan Works ---------------------

Note: The example above assumes that you have qualified for unlimited Extra Incentive.

Retail Profit:

Your eligibility percentage is 23%. (Your total network volume = 50,500 eV.)

Your Retail Profit = 23% of Personal Sales 500 eV = 115 eDollars

Branch Overrides:

Each branch's 5,000 eV qualifies for 9%.

Your Branch Overrides Profit = 23% - 9% = 14%

Your Total Branch Override Profit = 14% x 5000 eV x 10 branches = 7,000 eDollars

Branch Performance Incentive:

Your 500 eV Personal Sales BPI = 20 eDollars

Each branch's 5,000 eV BPI = 300 eDollars

Your Total Branch Override Profit = 20 eDollars + (300 eDollars x 9 branches) = 2,720 eDollars

Extra Incentive:

Your 500 eV Personal Sales EI = 25 eDollars

Each 5,000 eV branch's EI = 450 eDollars

Your Total Extra Incentive = 25 eDollars + (450 eDollars x 9 branches) = 4,075 eDollars

------------------------- Become a Business Owner ----------------------

To become an independent eCosway Business Owner, you just need to pay an annual subscription fee of RM100 (SGD/BND50).This includes your subscription to our Product Catalogue and the Business Ownership Support System (B.O.S.S).

You will get:

A membership card (that must be presented to make product purchases) .

A start-up kit with a product catalogue, marketing plan guide and registration forms .

20 Redemption Points (RPs).

Great product discounts and promotions.

Access to the Business Ownership Support System (B.O.S.S.) at www.ecosway.com where you can track your sales, purchases, growth of your network and manage your business.

---------------------- Monthly Requirements ----------------------

To qualify for any profit, you need to generate a minimum of 15eV from your personal purchases (eV from your VIP Shopper sees counts toward your profit payout, but doesnot count toward this qualification. This 15 eV must be from your own purchasing).

You will also need between 5 and 30 “Qualification Units” (QUs) each month, depending on the amount of

profit due to you.

How You Earn QUs:

5 QUs are awarded for every RM50 (SGD/BND25) purchase made by you in a single invoice . Purchases made by VIP Shoppers are excluded. All the QUs accumulated will automatically go into a reserve. They will be deducted from the reserve when needed to qualify you for profit payout.

The following table shows you how many QUs you need each month to qualify for the profits you generated according to the profit plan.

Note: If you have 5 to 30 QUs but do not have 15 eV from your personal purchases and purchases from VIP Shoppers, you will not receive any profits for that month.

-------------- Business Owner Terms & Conditions --------------

To continue to enjoy your benefits as an independent eCosway Business Owner, you will need to pay a

subscription renewal fee of RM50 (SGD/BND30) within each anniversary month of your Business Ownership .

All Business Ownership privileges and rights will be null and void if your Business Ownership expires.

If your Business Ownership has expired, you will be automatically converted to a VIP Shopper for a one year

period.

The VIP Shopper programme enables you to easily introduce eCosway products to your friends and lets them enjoy the same product discounts and promotions as a Business Owner. On a regular basis, full colour updates on our new product launches and promotions will be mailed to them. Moreover, our extensive network of stores will enable VIP Shoppers to shop at any store located nearest to them. The purchases from these VIP Shoppers that you introduce will contribute towards your Personal Sales.
